The rewards system
How the SEN Evidence Vault advocate rewards programme works, recognition for positive outcomes, active support, and contributions to the platform.

The SEN Evidence Vault rewards programme recognises advocates who are making a genuine difference to families. It is not a gamified points system, it is a recognition framework designed to surface the advocates delivering the most value, and to give those advocates additional benefits.
What the rewards system recognises
Rewards are earned through:
Active support: maintaining active family connections and responding promptly to messages. Advocates who are consistently available and responsive earn recognition.
Positive outcomes: when a family marks a case as resolved with a positive outcome and leaves a review, this contributes to your rewards score.
Family reviews: explicit positive feedback from families you have supported. Reviews are voluntary, so a positive review represents genuine advocacy value.
Platform contributions: contributing to the SENVault SEND guides library (where accredited advocates can contribute articles), or participating in SENVault community events.
Longevity: advocates who have been actively supporting families through the platform for extended periods are recognised for sustained contribution.
Rewards tiers
Advocates progress through recognition tiers based on their cumulative rewards score:
Active Advocate: the baseline for all accredited advocates in good standing.
Trusted Advocate: demonstrated sustained positive impact. Profile is badged and appears higher in directory results.
Expert Advocate: recognised as an experienced, high-impact advocate. Eligible for invitation to SENVault partner events and advanced platform features.
Rewards benefits
Higher-tier advocates receive:
- Enhanced directory visibility
- Priority access to new platform features
- Invitation to SENVault community and training events
- The ability to contribute to the SEND guides library
