Organisation plans
The plan options available to advocacy organisations on SEN Evidence Vault, what each includes, and how to manage billing for your team.

Organisation plans are billed per team seat, with different tiers based on the size and needs of the organisation.
Organisation plan options
Starter Organisation — for small organisations with 2–5 advocates.
- Up to 5 advocate seats
- Shared organisation inbox and support ticket system
- Team case dashboard
- Accredited Organisation directory listing
- Up to 75 active family cases across the team
Growth Organisation — for mid-size organisations.
- Up to 15 advocate seats
- All Starter features
- Advanced team dashboard with capacity reporting
- Custom organisation directory profile with featured placement
- Up to 250 active family cases across the team
Enterprise Organisation — for large or national organisations.
- Unlimited advocate seats
- All Growth features
- Dedicated account support from the SENVault team
- Custom integration options (API access for existing case management systems)
- Unlimited active cases
How seats are billed
Each advocate seat is billed monthly (or annually at a discount). The organisation admin manages billing centrally — individual team members do not need to manage their own payment.
When you add a new team member, a new seat is automatically added to your plan and billing is adjusted. When you remove a team member, the seat is released at the end of the current billing period.
Managing your plan
From Organisation Settings > Plan and Billing, you can:
- See your current plan and seat usage
- Add or remove seats
- Upgrade or downgrade the plan
- Download invoices
- Update payment details
Note
Non-profit and charity organisations may be eligible for a discounted plan. Contact the SENVault team through the platform with evidence of your charitable status to discuss pricing.
