SEN Evidence Vault is a case management tool built specifically for the world of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. It gives families, advocates, and organisations a single secure place to store evidence, track timelines, and build structured packs for meetings, assessments, and tribunals.
Who it is for
SEN Evidence Vault is built for three groups:
Families: Parents and carers navigating the EHCP process, DLA applications, school provision, or tribunals. If you are collecting documents, chasing professionals, and trying to keep track of a complex case, the Vault gives you somewhere to put it all.
Advocates: Independent advocates who support families through SEND processes. The platform lets families grant you read-only access to their vault so you can see their evidence, track their case, and communicate securely.
Organisations: Teams of advocates working under a shared organisation. Multi-advocate case management, shared workloads, and team communications are available on organisation plans.
What problem does it solve?
SEND cases involve a large volume of documents, emails, reports, and appointments, often scattered across emails, paper files, and Google Drive folders. When you reach a tribunal or an annual review, you need to be able to:
- Locate specific documents quickly
- Demonstrate a clear timeline of events
- Show that needs have been consistently reported across professionals
- Build a coherent evidence pack for the panel or panel/LA recipient
SEN Evidence Vault is designed to make all of that possible, without needing to be a lawyer or a filing expert.
What it is not
SEN Evidence Vault is not a law firm, not a replacement for professional legal advice, and not a guarantee of any outcome. It is a tool for organising and presenting your case as clearly as possible.
Note
This site (senvault.info) is the guide and resource hub. The actual app lives at senvault.co.uk. Everything in this Product Guide section is about how to use the app.
