Upgrading to Premium
When and how to upgrade to SEN Evidence Vault Premium, what the subscription includes, and how to manage or cancel it.

Premium costs £7 per month with no minimum term. You can upgrade at any time and cancel at any time with no penalty.
When upgrading makes sense
The free plan is genuinely useful for getting started. Consider upgrading when:
- You are approaching a tribunal and need PDF export for your bundle
- You need to share evidence securely with a solicitor or LA using a share link
- You have more than one child who needs their own vault
- You are uploading more than 5 documents and want to keep everything together
There is no urgency to upgrade. Many families use the free plan throughout an EHCP assessment and only upgrade when they are preparing for a review or tribunal.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings > Billing
From the main navigation, select your profile icon or go to Settings. Select the Billing tab.
Select Upgrade to Premium
Choose the monthly plan. You will be taken to the Stripe checkout.
Enter payment details
SEN Evidence Vault uses Stripe for payment processing. Your card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored on SEN Evidence Vault's servers.
Confirm your subscription
After successful payment, Premium features activate immediately. Your dashboard will reflect your upgraded status.
Promo codes
If you have a promo code, from an advocate referral, a campaign, or a partner organisation, enter it during checkout. Promo codes can apply a discount, extend your free trial, or grant a fixed period of Premium access.
Cancelling
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel subscription. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is never deleted when you cancel, it remains accessible on the free tier (within free plan limits).
Reactivating
If you cancel and later want to resubscribe, return to Settings > Billing and select Reactivate. Your data will still be there.
Tip
If you are a family supported by an accredited advocate, ask whether they have referral rewards that could grant you free Premium access. Advocates who refer families can earn months of free Premium for those families.
